Mission
Associated Muscular Therapy provides treatment sessions designed to
promote healing and relief from pain, stress and injury. Incorporating
massage and bodywork into our lives provides us with many benefits,
which are cumulative with regularly scheduled sessions. Your body has
the ability to heal wounds, fight disease and release tension. My goal
is to teach increased awareness and encourage personal responsibility
and participation.
Our body sends us signals when experiencing chronic pain and stress. Over time we become adept at tuning out our body’s signals. This means that we don’t pay attention to our body’s need until the neglect is incapacitating. With awareness, there is choice. With choice, healing becomes an option. I am here to facilitate your healing
