MAP and Directions

Directions:
Associated Muscular Therapy is located at 17 Old Nashua Road, in "Tech Park" - near the
intersection of Rte 101A and Rte 122.

Eastbound on Rte 101A (toward Nashua):

• Take Rte 122 South toward Hollis
• Go 0.4 of a mile and turn left onto Old Nashua Road
• Go 0.3 of a mile. Amherst Yoga is in Tech Park on your right.

Westbound on Rte 101A (toward Milford):

• Go 0.4 of a mile past Wal-Mart
• Turn left onto Old Nashua Road (across from Resin Systems, a large brick building)
• Go 0.4 of a mile. Amherst Yoga is in Tech Park on your left.
  

Look for Unit 1-A and the sign for Amherst Yoga. We're right there, so come on in!
